I work for an american company who are really big on "self audits", "tracking tools", "metrics" etc. ( now there's a surprise eh). One of the delights of the self audit process is that we are supposed to give ourselves a score of 1 to 10 on the following, but it just looks like gibberish to me. can anyone explain it please? "Audit process established. Process includes structured method for assessing Continuous Improvement levels, but low use of performance metrics (e.g. more qualitative than quantitative assessment).
