i cant tell if i really like this girl or if its an infatuation due to circumstances. im really shy, dont like groups of people much. i am almost 28 and have never dated. i dont go out and meet people, the bar or club scene isnt really my thing so i dont have a lot of friends and my best friend joined the army so other than my sister and roommate im pretty much alone here now. im kind of a "nerd" if you will, meaning i like star wars and futurama and stuff like that. all i do is play video games and watch movies and tv shows. though you cant really tell by looking at me. ive worked at the same movie store for almost 9 years now. and about a year and a half to 2 years ago this girl started working there that i thought was really beautiful. ive never been into the typical "hot" blonde girl. she is a natural redhead with fair skin, which ive always liked over the tan look. shes older than me, shes 32, but that doesnt bother me. shes the type of girl that doesnt like half the romantic comeies she watches, and does like sci-fi movies and family guy. the more i got to know her, the more i thought i liked her. i never really said anything to her about this until recently. i only work with her 1 day a week, other than that i only see her on the occasions she comes in to return or rent more movies. a few months ago i actually worked up the courage to ask her to a movie. so we went and im not sure if it was seen as a date or not. nothing happened between us we just watched the movie and then talked in my car outside her house for a while. i wanted to say something to her about how i felt but we got interupted by this guy who wanted his parking spot that we were in and it made the goodbye akward. i started sending messages to her on myspace and eventually started letting her know how i felt, she never said anything back to me. she works everyday at ther other job so i was finding it hard to try to go out with her again and the few times i asked her over myspace i never got anything back. although many things that ive seen on myspace lead me to believe that she somewhat likes me too. then one night after work we talked outside for awhile and she told me some very personal stuff about her and some bad things that had happened to her. this isnt the kind if stuff that you just tell anyone so i feel like she knows she can trust me. part of this conversation led to her telling me that she is also shy. based on her appearance she is used to having "playas" as she puts it always hitting on her, particularly black guys. she does have a big butt, lol. she rides a bike, she doesnt drive, its to the point where guys see her riding to work and follow her to work and then come in to talk to her. i know shes probably never had some shy, nerdy little white dude like her. shes used to more confident guys, most of them probably cocky and arrogant. she mostly just sits at home watching movies like me. other than movies we dont really have that much else in common. she likes all kinds of music and movies, i mostly only listen to metal and hard rock type stuff and i only really watch like sci-fi/action type movies and tv shows. i cant tell if i really like her or if this is some sort of infatuation due to the fact that the only way i could ever meet a girl and talk to her enough is if we work together and thats why i like her. once i told her how i felt this has been on my mind so much since then. i find myself thinking about her and smiling, something i have never done with anyone else before. i cant fully tell how she feels or if this is just two shy people not sure what to do. she has mentioned possibly moving to live with friends in another state several times because she doesnt like this area, and i cant say i blame her, so im wondering if shes not looking for anything right now. but i dont know why she wouldnt tell me or say anything to me, ive asked her most of this in myspace messages. she isnt the type of person to just blow it off like that. one of the reasons i like her is shes a very nice person, in fact shes too nice which i think is why shes gotten in some of the bad situations that shes been in. i dont really know what to do about this. i can never work up the courage to just straight up ask her about the stuff i said in the messages ive sent her because at the same time i dont want to make it akward between us because if shes not interested id still like to be her friend, and we do work together. moreResolved Question: Futurama: Complete Collection Bender Head...is there a "play all" option on all the discs?

I just wanna know which ones are your favourites (mind the spelling, I'm Canadian) out of the what I think the 5 most popular animated shows on now. They are: American Dad Family Guy Futurama South Park The Simpsons Here are mine from best to worst and I'll explain why in each description: 1. South Park- Just probably the best thought of show of the 5. An original show basically and it pretty much makes me laugh every episode plus the plots in the episodes are funny, well thought of and stupid (in a good way). I don't think anyone can past this show. It has 188 episodes (as of more) and hopefully they can aim for at least 100 more. Keep going as the best all-around cartoon pretty much ever! 2. The Simpsons- Classic as well. Been around for 20 years but it probably won't last for 20 more. This show entertains me but don't necessarily make me laugh (in some episodes it does). I honestly think from 1996-2005 was the high point for the Simpons but it won't reach again but the movie was both funny and awesome. That's why it's at #2. 441 episodes later, you are still doing a fine job! 3. American Dad- Entertaining to say the least and sometimes can crack some jokes. Sometimes it makes me sit there thinking "What the hell is going on?" It probably won't last for over 140 episodes (I think it's at 88 now). Seth will lose his touch on the making of the episodes but so far he's done a very decent job. 3 out of 4 stars in my book. Keep it going but remember, there's a point in almost every show to just stop. 4. Family Guy- I'd love to put it higher but I can't. I'm a huge fan of the first 3-4 seasons and the Star Wars spoof. If it was just those, it would easily be at #2. Even though the stupid rating says it's 14+, I use to watch all the time from when I was 8 or 9 to now. Why haven't I then put it higher (I wish I could)? In my opinion, Seth has lost his touch and has gone way downhill (like on a ski hill) since then. Now with the departure of Cleveland in Season 8 (one of my favourite characters), it's pretty much all up to Brian, Stewie, Quagmire and Peter to keep this show solid. Seth, you lost your touch man. Loved your first episodes so much for the funny jokes that you cracked that were funny but now you are doing poorly to say the least. Congrats Seth, you lost me as a viewer. Where is the plot? All they do is crack jokes. I admit though, a few funny ones have gone through in the new ones. 5. Futurama- What were you thinking Matt Groening? Should have focused on Simpsons! Never makes me laugh, just makes me bypass time. Why would you put on a show and then leave it on and then now when you lose my interest and then 5 years later, you put on a 6th season. The gaps always kill you (just like it did to Family Guy after a 2-3 year absence) Matt and you'll learn once you start losing viewers. I admit, it entertained me in the beginning (no laughing though) but you've gone too far. The worst of them all easily without a doubt. A pretty solid plot but it didn't deliver the goods. I don't get it Matt, give it up! I'm sorry if I insult you. But society says nothing will ever change because of human nature. So lets accept that libertarian free will etc. Its a crime that we have a society that makes people want to commit suicide, but then we put barriers towards carrying out leading 80% of suicides to fail! So why not legalize assisted suicide on demand, not just for the ill but for all adults. A reasonable waiting period of 1-year would prevent impulsive decisions. Yeah some people might make the wrong choice. But we americans LOVE individualism and personal choice and responsibility so much, so we have to let people make bad choices and suffer the consequences. Thats the price of freedom. Especially where it does not harm anyone. Emotional harm? A boss firing you emotionally harms you, as do plenty of other legal activities. So lets say we have Futurama suicide booths. I just found out today that my favorite cartoon of all time is coming back: Futurama. I remember the first time I saw it in 1999 and fell in love with it instantly.
